Join the New South Institute (NSI) and Afrospectives for a virtual discussion on “The Stakes and Challenges ofRevalorizing African Endogenous Systems of Governance and Justice”.This webinar will feature a presentation of the new book“Beyond Mimicry: The Potential of African Endogenous Governance Systems,” edited by Prof. Augustin F. C. Holl and Ali Moussa Iye, and bring together African scholars,decision-makers, and practitioners to discuss how traditional governance philosophies and practices caninspire modern governance reform.Speakers will explore how African endogenous perspectives can inspire innovative responses to contemporary governance crises across the continent, and will discuss the practical challenges of integrating these approaches within diverse political and legal contexts.
